Yes. Use a UV lash light that matches the adhesive’s recommended wavelength and provides adequate irradiance at the working distance (typically 2–5 cm) for the stated cure time.
Most systems cure in a few seconds per bond. Always follow the adhesive’s technical sheet for exact exposure time, distance, and intensity.
When used as directed—with eye protection, localized exposure, and proper shielding—UV lash systems can be performed safely. Avoid direct eye/skin exposure to the lamp and adhere to all safety instructions and local regulations.
UV curing reduces dependence on humidity for the initial set. Good studio hygiene and a comfortable environment are still recommended for overall service quality and client comfort.
